As Chief Growth Officer, Sam leads the strategy behind FRYH’s continued growth — connecting financial performance, operations, marketing and the client experience to build a stronger, more scalable company.
She works across the business to improve how FRYH operates, how projects are financially managed and how clients experience the renovation process from their first interaction through project completion.

Steve Sharp
Lead General Contractor
Steve works alongside Nate to lead FRYH projects in the field, helping turn plans into finished spaces with a focus on quality, coordination and attention to detail.
As one of FRYH’s general contractors, Steve works directly with our trade partners and project team to oversee day-to-day construction, solve challenges as they arise and ensure the work on site meets FRYH standards.
His hands-on approach and construction experience help keep projects moving forward while making sure the details are done right.
