We don't disappear when the work is done. We do a punch-list walkthrough and don't close the project until you're satisfied.

A general contractor manages the job site itself, ensuring subcontractors follow the plans, work efficiently, and deliver quality craftsmanship. At F.R. Young Homes, you get both.

How does FRYH's pricing work?

F.R. Young Homes does not mark up labor or materials — those costs stay true to what your subcontractors charge. We bid your project using our vetted network of preferred subcontractors to determine an accurate total estimate, then charge a flat 25% project management fee on top of that total.

That fee covers two things most homeowners don't realize they need: a dedicated project manager to handle the administrative work behind every renovation, and a licensed general contractor on-site to ensure every trade follows the plans and meets a high standard of quality.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in St. Louis?
