Once a duplex, the property was completely restructured into a warm, functional single-family home, while keeping its original character intact. The historic hardwood floors and solid wood doors were carefully restored, revealing the craftsmanship and charm that tell the home’s story. To create a modern, open layout, our team removed a central staircase and installed reinforced structural beams, allowing the main level to flow seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
